AN(g)US Energy. It Goes From Bad To Worse…. Another #Placing On The Way…..

The Angus Energy (LON: ANGS) ‘Jackanory’ just keeps going from bad to worse. Todays ‘epistle’ from the ‘Kimmeridge Crackpots’ sees ANGS throw their hat into the Balcombe license. Balcombe was first drilled and abandoned by ConocoPhillips in 1986 it was then left to rot until the fracking outfit Cuadrilla drilled an appraisal well then a side track in 2013. Both wells were again abandoned after the ‘appraisal’ appraised them as worthless. That’s because no oil flowed from any of the zones drilled and obviously the ‘fracking case’ couldn’t be made at the time because of the political fallout.

So what better for the Board of Angus to take 25% off Cuadrilla/Lucas Bolney Ltd and start up a rinse repeat operation screaming kimmeridge…. Great business…….

Abandoned by 2 other oil companys…

Lets spend over £4,000,000 that we don’t have and take 25% of an abandoned well! We’ll not put in the details of the well and the side track being abandoned, instead we’ll talk about kimmeridge. Even though we’ve got absolutely no production whatsoever from the kimmeridge clay either at Lidsey or Brockham. Apart from the facts that we have cash-burning capex at Lidsey and Brockham as well as hefty drilling cash commitments of £800,000+ at Holmwood1, not to mention the ongoing PLC costs of an AIM listed company….

Sounds like the ‘Jackanory’ has failed to realise several salient points. The first being that most now know that the constant allusions to kimmeridge ‘Billions I tell ya Billions of Barrels of Oil’ are about as truthful as that well-known corporate bullshitter (Lord Liealot), David Lenigas not selling his UKOG/ANGS shares into the orchestrated Pump & Dump. The others being that common-sense dictates that ConocoPhillips and Cuadrilla deemed Balcombe to be a failure, which is why both companies abandoned it and Cuadrilla/’Baloney’ has farmed out 25% to ANGS.

But hey let’s be rather generous, ’cause I’m a generous chap, and say that Balcombe actually flows oil. Well then you can expect that it will be a bread and butter piss poor producer on-trend with that other world-changing über ramped global changing ANGS asset, Lidsey. Scores on the production doors 40bopd that’s 20bopd net to Angus. Lidsey is uneconomic. And production at Lidsey is falling….

I’d say that cash at Angus is like the great kimmeridge and Lidsey/Brockham fairytale OIL JACKANORY, rather thin on the ground and stretched to breaking point.

There’s a huge financial gap that needs to be plugged to keep the ‘Show’ on the road. £5,000,000 placing looks likely to me. And for those ‘Howler Monkeys’ who are screaming NEX Bonds…. Please don’t make me laugh. You’ll note that the Company have not updated on the NEX Bonds since 29th September 2017. That’s because the NEX Bonds are dead in the water, them being tied to production and a declining 20bopd doesn’t get you much in the way of cash on the Bond….

The share-price is headed down and could hit 3p. That’s about what they can expect to get on the next placing and make no mistake there’s another huge discounted placing coming.

Angus Energy. Aussie ‘Billy Liargas’ (Lenigas) Placing Ahoy!

Yesterday the truth on Angus Energy (LON: ANGS) finally dropped on the so-called company changing Lidsey Gusher. It wasn’t’ so much as a ‘Gusher’ but more of an intermittent stream of kidney ‘infection induced’, Aussie piss. The reality of Anus, OOPS, Angus Energy is that, as I told you all many, many times, it is a bread & butter oil play at best. I knew this because I, unlike the loons and poltroons, took the time to thoroughly research. I read their Xodus CPR, the IPO doc’s, the British Geological Survey on the Weald and one of the best tools out their for UK oil and gas plays: The government O&G portal. But the biggest pointer of all to this being nothing more than a ramptastic pile of shite was the continual endorsement of that – bullshitter, stock market ramper, Captain Ramptastic, Mr David Anthony Lenigas. The involvement of Australia’s answer to Billy Liar should always be a red flag.

Sore Anus? Then Don’t buy your Shares on what this fooker ramps!

The ‘muppets’ who spun the story on such sites as, the London South East home for halfwits & twitter went sullenly quiet. The so-called ‘market commentators’ who were paid to push this ‘Turkish Delight’, no doubt are making their excuses as they bank the cash paid to them for assisting and deliberately failing to hold those who are running the ‘Over Promote’, to account. (This is par for the course on the AIM casino).

Not so here on the UK’s favourite wholly independent financial blog. Which is why it’s now a ‘Full House’ on UKOG & ANGS for yours truly. I didn’t get where I am today by running with the loons or taking cash payments to remain silent or ebullient on piss poor AIM listed scams. You take the ‘Lenigas shilling’ you play the Lenigas tune. Not so, double award winning, Mr Daniel Levi, ADVFN International Finance Blogger of 2017. Hey come on when you win as big as I win then occasionally you’re allowed a wee bit of an ‘Over Promote’ laugh and a giggle……

‘Three Wheels On My Wagon’

So the reality of yesterdays Angus RNS is there for all to see. HERE. The ridiculous claims quietly whispered by ‘Willy Vonky, Liargas’ and his team of bullshitters to the lumpenproletariat of 10,000, 1,400, 1,200, 400 and even 250 barrels of oil a day, two tankers laden with black gold leaving the Lidsey site every day for the next ten years is laid bare. The Great Oolite Oil fantasy finally dies a death. I’m reminded of that age old nursery rhyme ‘Three Wheels on my Wagon’ in the case of both Angus and UKOG it’s more like One wheel between them both.

Forty barrels of oil a day in relation to the actual cost of the Lidsey site and drill is a piss poor return and basically makes the whole play uneconomic. It isn’t financially viable, particularly as the decline rate is over 50%. That means that even if they could double production, with more cash burning remedial work, you’d still end up with circa 40bopd. Now here’s the thing, no matter what this bunch of shysters start to spin there’s a cash call coming. They, by my estimation, have less than £200,000, remember they have to spend on that other ‘world changing’ asset Brockham, not forgetting that their share of the Holmwood drill (£800,000), can’t be met and there’s that old bug bear of plc. costs. You know such things as Nomad, Broker, PR, Director fees, Consultancy fees, AIM listing fees, Solicitor fees, on top of the day to day costs of Brockham and Lidsey etc. There’s a placing coming, just as foretold on UKOG these people need cash and they need it quick now that the ‘Lidsey rat is out of the bag’.

The share price has tanked by 41%, at time of writing its 15.25p. The market capital is circa £37M. There is no recovery play here. The shares are worth between 3p/4p. That is it. Which means that they’ll more than likely be below 10p soon enough. But don’t worry on the placing price as whatever they raise cash at it will carry a big discount, if you have the ‘Energy’ you can always throw more money in and keep kicking yourself ‘Up’ the ‘An(g)us’. (A sophisticated joke for unsophisticated poltroons).

You can expect lots of shysterism to hit the online airwaves as the defeated, scattered army of the ‘Dumb as Fook’ led by Captain Ramptastic, regroup and come back with yet more horse shit on Kimmeridge etc.

Next time the fat Aussie comes knocking don’t bend over. Stand up straight and kick him right up the ‘An(g)us’!

UKOG, ANGUS Energy & the Liars Now Exposed In Full! Lenigas & Bell Sold ALL their Stock!

It’s with great guffaws of laughter that I pen this epistle to the United Kingdom Oil & Gas (LON: UKOG) & Angus Energy (LON: ANGS) Mug punters.

Fatso Liar

Today as foretold by yours truly we had the ‘super dooper’ news of a £10,000,000 death spiral placing as well as an update on the “Billions I tell Ya Billions of Barrels of Oil” weald basin fantasy perpetrated on the dumb and uneducated mug punters by David Lenigas not forgetting the likes of that other well known bullshitter and liar Andrew ‘Calamity’ Bell. Both sold up a long time ago while exhorting the mugs to pile in as it was ‘Billions I tell Ya Billions of Barrels of Oil’. Now let me educate the ‘Mugs’, if David Lenigas & Andrew Bell really believed their ridiculous claims they wouldn’t have sold would they? A simple statement of fact that is self evident.

The wheels have well and truly come off. After all the ramptastic David Lenigas lies the truth has finally landed at the erstwhile Broadford Bridge ‘Gusher’ and landed with a big bang! 370 barrels of completion fluids & a £10,000,000 Death Spiral Finance Placing. The last time I checked there was no market in ‘completion fluids’. And of course there will be no promotional video of them pouring CONpletion fluids into bottles! Aussie scumbag and liar extraordinaire, Captain Ramptastic (David Lenigas) has, as is his ‘Modus Operandi’, left the building. A burning building! Lenigas sold all his warrants and probably every single share, a quick check of Captain Ramptastic tweets and promotional videos should leave you in no doubt as to the duplicity of a man telling people there’s enough oil to keep the lights on in the United Kingdom for decades while he sells out his discounted stock and warrants into the liquidity orchestrated by his constant ramping. Of course you the mugs are left holding ‘Turkish Delight’.

The Jermyn St Mob have once again played the mug retail punters for exactly what they are. Mugs! Incapable of reading a balance sheet and researching. When renowned Global Geologists, such as Professor David Smythe and The British Geological Survey tell you that the “Billions I tell Ya Billions of Barrels of Oil’ is a pipe dream that could never be extracted and even if fracked is not financially viable and politically disastrous then there’s only one way it can go. That is to it’s logical conclusion. Exposed as a piss poor bread and butter drill at best. Of course those that have foolishly chose to believe corporate scammers over world renowned geologists are even now posting such utter shite that they really shouldn’t be allowed out on the street without two men in white coats discreetly following them. However unpalatable the truth is you can always rely on this site and my good self to tell it.

The Truth Tellers!

We are all still waiting for the Anus energy, oops typo, Angus Energy RNS to the Mugs explaining just why their 10,000 1,200, 1,400 barrels of oil a day, two tankers leaving Lidsey for the next decade every day etc. Which they secretly briefed to their hoards of Mug Punters who’ve been tweeting and posting on such ‘illustrious’ BB’s as London South East hasn’t materialized.

The simple truth is that there’s no news because there’s major problems getting the oil to flow. If they could get it to flow they would have announced it like ‘Shit off a shovel’. The production from Lidsey is going to be piss poor and just like in their Xodus CPR the numbers are going to be a few hundred barrels at best which will quickly decline. Lidsey will end up shut in and worked over many times. Now I know this because I have researched it very thoroughly. As for the joke asset that is Brockham, do we really want to go there? It’s shite. There’s a placing coming at Angus that’s because they have no money to progress and any production isn’t going to cover their running costs let alone the cash to progress their share of the Holmwood drill or the PLC costs. I know this because I have read their balance sheet and unlike you, the Mugs, I can work it out. Which is why I am constantly right while the Mugs are constantly left holding Lenigas ‘Turkish Delight’.

Do yourself a favour and get in the real world and realise that once you escape the Lenigas Matrix of Lies & Deceits you’ll actually begin to lose a lot less and win a lot more.
