    Shareprophets: The ‘Stinky Pete’ Scandal!

It’s Groundhog Day once again at ShareProphets……..

Not so long ago Tom Winnifrith had to boot out his editor Ben(t) Turney, after ‘yours truly’ exposed his drug dealing to teenagers the length and breadth of the United Kingdom. The Drug Dealer who rode into ShareProphets….  Of course TW being TW he publicly defended ‘Druggie Boy’ then quietly gave him the order of the boot several weeks later. On the plus side Turney was man enough and had the ‘guts’ to admit it.

So lets see how Tom deals with this one.

    It’s an absolute fucking scandal.

First let me state that I don’t believe ShareProphets knew that one of their ‘Financial Commentators’ and I use that term VERY loosely, has been operating ‘covertly‘ pumping, dumping and ramping stocks masquerading as a ‘mug punter. It’s been going on for at least 2 years

    ‘STINKY PETE’ BRAILEY

“Ohoo what a wicked web we weave when we practice to deceive”

Take a bow gobshite ‘Stinky Pete’ Brailey who anonymously posts on a whole host of financial BBs, while failing to declare his identity as a Paid ShareProphets hack. London South East being Stink’s current favourite.

A quick check of Brailey’s ‘covert’ LSE account ‘SelfishMcNimby’ reveals that the operation began in May 2018 the anonymous account is a litany of Pumping & Dumping, dependent on his interest/financial position taken. No doubt Stinky Pete has correlated his ‘Attacks’ and ‘Big Ups’ of London listed companies in tandem with his ShareProphets & twitter ‘musings’. There are nearly 900 posts on that one fake account.

As I’m sure Tom Winnifrith is aware: In the world of journalism, especially financial, it’s a deliberate deception for any journalist, blogger, writer, columnist, amateur or professional, to anonymously post ‘copy’ good or bad on investments, regardless of whether they invest, short or not. There’s also the small matter of FCA Market Abuse Regulations (MAR), as well as bringing ShareProphets into disrepute. Stinky has been working at ShareProphets for just over a year.

A quick check of Braileys’ twitter reveals he’s following and followed by virtually every known PUMP & DUMPER. In 1 tweet Brailey accuses Malcolm Graham Wood of being ‘Compromised’. Well how compromised are ShareProphets now?

Of course Stinky Pete will deny it when confronted by ShareProphets of that there’s no doubt. You can take it as read it’s him!

There are a whole raft of unanswered questions for the ‘Holier Than Thou’ TW. Not least, are there any more SP ‘Financial Commentators’ balls deep in ‘other’ covert operations not only attacking companies as well as trolling (mostly) small time UK punters trying to make an honest gain?

This will come as a shock to Tom and I expect he’ll do the right thing if he wants his platform to remain free of scandal: Your paid financial commentator has been deceiving UK Investors on financial Bulletin Boards and the ShareProphets platform.

    Over to you Tom!

  • On-Line Blockchain. Hold Tight. It’s Going To Go Mental (Again) Tick! Tock!

On-Line Blockchain. Hold Tight. It’s Going To Go Mental (Again) Tick! Tock!

Investors & Traders in Blockchain are all sat awaiting news on On-Line Blockchain PLC (LON: OBC). The only genuine London listed blockchain play with proven management who not only have integrity but also have a hell of a lot of ‘Skin in the game’.

I first broke the news when the shares were trading for 13p…. OBC has hit close to £2 and currently rests at 95p. The recent cash & grab £1M placing certainly took away the momentum. Although that was the first placing for over 15 years.

It’s been a rollercoaster thus far as we pull our hair out (those that have hair) trying to fathom the Chambers/Hodges strategy. News has been thin on the ground. There’s a reason for that. Blockchain is a game changer and the ‘No Coiners’, such as the Banks and financial institutions are terrified of all things blockchain. You wont find the OBC guys ramping to fook or promoting to death, specifically because the Nomad and the London Stock Exchange are watching them like a hawk and this isn’t the way CEO’s with business acumen and integrity ‘Do Business’. Only shyster CEO’s operate on twitter/social media to massively over-promote suckering in the gullible pre there begging bowl twice/thrice yearly placings.

OBC are quietly going about their business and it is this I now turn too. News and whispers a plenty. OBC have been talking to the Gibraltar Stock Exchange (GSX) this has been confirmed to me by my sources. OBC ‘maybe’ meeting them again over the next month or so via a meeting in Gibraltar where Chambers is pencilled in to be one of the main speaker at a Gib’ blockchain conference in Q1, at what stage these talks are isn’t known. Indeed they could be dead or they could be very alive. Remember ADVFN deal with over 40 exchanges, so it’s pretty nailed on that some of these are being targeted. As well as gaming exchanges.

Big news on the way re’ OBC and a big international name/company coming in. Whispers have reached ‘Yours Truly’ that there’s a big name and I mean Big Name in discussions with OBC and their Nomad who would obviously be going through the usual AIM due diligence procedures on the name/Company. I emailed their Nomad, Roland Cornish regarding this and received no reply.. But it is 100% that news is on the way. Now from what I can glean an individual who has connections to Bill Gates. I shit you not! Was in the ADVFN office two weeks ago. Make of that what you want. I’ve also heard that ClemC was in the Facebook offices having a meeting. Whether this was ADVFN or OBC business isn’t known. But whatever it was for remember there’s a crossover.

These are about $20K in value. Can mine $600 per day….

    Generate circa £150-£250 per day.

The roll-out of Plus1Coin in the UK, which has risen in value by 1,000%, could be rolled out in the USA. That’s good news for those who have some of the coins and good news for those who are mining the Plus1Coin. Which brings me on nicely to crypto mining.

I was in the advfn office and noticed that there’s an awful lot of mining rigs of various descriptions, set up. (See Pics). So being the cheeky fooker I am I sneakily took a few pics! Which will no doubt get me barred from ADVFN…. I suspect that these rigs are a joint testing exercise between both companies. The large rigs use about £20 of electricity and generates £150-£250 per day in crypto cash. Not bad. I surmise that these mining rigs could be the precursor to OBC/ADVFN setting up an industrial scale mining operation over the coming months. 50 of these rigs would generate plenty of cash, do the maths…. I’d expect news on this pretty soon…..

There’s a lot going on behind the scenes and below the radar at On-Line Blockchain. Target £5 is easily achievable once the news starts to roll out. And make no mistake. Big news is on the way it’s a question of time. 3 months, 6 months 12 months etc. We just have to force out the RNS’s!

  • Message to Andalas Energy, RNS or I Will!

    Tick! Tock!

Sadly for the poor souls suckered into Andalas Energy (LON: ADL) by the $600,000,000 fantasyman, CEO Dave Whitby and his pump and dump gang, news on the current situation has and is being deliberately withheld. Andalas should have released an RNS on Friday 22 April 2016, explaining exactly what the situation was within their company. The readmission document should have been published BEFORE the 22 April 2016. The key word in the RNS of 26/10/2015 is ‘BEFORE’

If Sarah Wharry, the Nomad from Cantor Fitzgerald, and the Andalas Energy fantasyman Whitby, do not update the market by 4pm this afternoon, then this site will unofficially release the news.  It is a disgraceful situation whereby their shareholders are being treated as nothing other than lemmings. Whitby, Brand UK their SPIN DOCTORS and Sarah Wharry have shown no regard whatsoever for their own shareholders. Tick! Tock!

  • Tom Winnifrith V London South East & it’s BBMorons.

London South East! Up to its TITS in morons!

That bastion of BBMoronic insanity London South East really are pushing the envelope out vis-à-vis what little (if any) credibility they think they have, with a snotty solicitors letter to the highly respected financial journalist Tom Winnifrith. Threats of dire financial ruin et al!LOL!

Winnifrith wrote an article castigating LSE for failing to correct Quindell (LON: QPP)  data/information on their site from a supplier that was tantamount to market abuse. I believe the info was left in situ for 5 days. The Bods over at LSE believe that TW has caused them major reputational damage. How they work that one out is a mystery known only to them and their expensive solicitor.  Winnifrith can be a monumental pain in the arse of that there is no doubt. But in essence he is a decent chap. Suffice it to say it’s a big mistake threatening TW with legal action. A phone call and a lively chat would probably have sorted it out and got them some much needed kudos. I’ve had many a ‘lively chat’ with TW, only recently I gave him a roasting over an issue which I felt he was taking the piss. But we are big enough to eventually cool down, move on and agree to disagree. That’s how it should be done. If LSE want to take TW to court then go ahead. They will lose and lose big. Of that there is no doubt.

The London South East site is populated in the main by BBMorons who continually post lies, defamations and wholesale abuse at any one who dares to vouch a negative opinion.  It’s hypocritical to run the site, being quite happy to let the loons run amok posting lies, abuse & defamations, then claim you’ve been wronged.  It’s a bit rich that LSE believe that they have suffered reputational damage from TW while at the same time allowing their site Members to continually post malicious abuse about him.

Of course they’ve stated that they get 8-10 thousand posts a day and can’t monitor the chat. LSE would like us all to believe it has no legal responsibility for what is posted by their registered Members. Wrong. Under the malicious communications act 2003 Section 127 of the act makes it an offence to send a message that is grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character over a public electronic communications network.  The general rule of UK defamation law is that the publisher of a defamation faces liability. Unfortunately, if the institution decides not to monitor its content or respond to complaints, whilst it is not likely to be classed as a primary publisher it is likely to be treated as not having taken reasonable care in relation to the publication and may therefore be treated as a secondary publisher. So here’s a question to the Bods at LSE. Have you taken reasonable care to remove ALL of the malicious abuse posted about Tom Winnifrith? After all you have been fully aware of it for months if not years?

There are a few well informed LSE posters who try to carry the flag of sanity but all too often most are subsequently banned. I myself was banned many years ago for “Insider trading” (complete bollocks) It really is a measure of the current insanity on LSE that they believe they’ve suffered major reputational damage. They have no reputation other than that of an UNREGULATED chat site. The site has no FCA accreditation.

They don’t provide genuine independent debate, comment or thought on finance. It’s a hotch potch of data feeds and AdSense advertisements. Every thing the site does is aimed at selling you a premium service; premium chat, premium RNS service, premium L2 etc. That’s not to knock the site it is well designed & user friendly. A good money spinner for the owners. You’ll note how the AdSense adverts are co-mingled in with the chat threads and next to frequently clicked on sectors, it’s all about cash generation which may explain why they haven’t got a dedicated chat monitor. Cost!

Instead of issuing childish solicitors letters no doubt urged on by their anonymous Member morons, they’d be much better off tackling their “abusive poster problem” by employing a dedicated chat monitor and making sure their data suppliers are not supplying bogus information.  Problem solved.
